Pat Arnold - Founder & Guide

Pat was born with the outdoors in his DNA. A proud Midwestern Gen Xer, his version of screen time was being outside...roaming neighborhood woods, riding bikes until dark, and curing boredom through adventure and exploration. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong curiosity for time spent outdoors.

That curiosity grew during annual family trips to the Hayward Lakes Area and the Chippewa Flowage, where long days were spent swimming, fishing, hiking, and learning to appreciate the simple rhythms of life outside.

As a youth in the Boy Scouts of America, Pat built a foundation in outdoor leadership, self-reliance, and stewardship through countless camps and summer adventures across the Midwest. Over time, those experiences led to bigger pursuits, from canoeing the Boundary Waters to the backcountry of the Philmont Scout Ranch, hiking the Sangre de Cristo range of the Rocky Mountains in northeastern New Mexico.

Today, Pat is passionate about creating space for men with the outdoors at heart - whether beginners or seasoned outdoorsmen - to challenge themselves, learn from one another, and reconnect with the outdoors. His goal is to provide a place and an outlet where like-minded men can meet, share experiences, and build meaningful connections through time spent outside.
